Independent advice · Continuity of follow-up
Property follow-up
Support, advice and follow-up over the long term, with an eye on your property as a whole.
Someone who knows your properties, understands your priorities and supports you in the decisions as well as in the actions to take.
One home, several properties, several people involved: you keep the overall picture without having to follow everything yourself.
Four complementary responsibilities
Know
Keeping an up-to-date understanding of the properties, their features, their technical particularities, their uses and their history. Organising the reference file so that this knowledge stays accessible and can be passed on.
Advise
Reviewing requests, telling the urgent from the important, identifying missing information, proposing options and informing choices, particularly the expenses to anticipate and the work to schedule.
Coordinate
Acting as the link between the owner, service providers and authorised parties: family, partners, notary, wealth adviser, property manager or technical specialist. Preparing exchanges and handling the administrative follow-up of agreed actions, without taking the place of regulated professions.
Ensure continuity
Keeping a record of decisions, flagging deadlines, updating priorities and keeping track when people, projects or circumstances change.
What the client delegates, what they keep
| Client | What they delegate | What they keep |
|---|---|---|
| Owner living far away | Gathering information locally and following up the agreed steps | Control of their decisions |
| Family or family company (SCI) | Organising shared information and coordinating actions | Decisions between owners or partners |
| Owner of several properties | A consolidated view and prioritised needs | The choice of investments |
| Organisation | One point of contact for property matters and service providers | Responsibility for decisions and commitments |
OGER lets owners remain the decision-makers without having to personally organise every question about their properties.
The rhythm of the year
A periodic review, at the frequency you choose: a visit to the property, an update of the file and priorities, then a debrief.
In spring, a remote check-in, in writing or by phone, based on what you, a relative or your concierge service have noticed. In between, exchanges on working days, with a call back within two working days, to clarify a decision, understand a proposal or prepare the next step. An additional visit can be agreed separately.
Fees
Individually quoted, after the audit
The Property audit sets out recommendations on the service and the schedule. Fees, however, are agreed according to the complexity of each case (floor areas, equipment, number of properties managed, upkeep and people involved to coordinate) and the expected frequency of travel.

What it does not include
A permanent presence, routine concierge checks, emergency availability or construction management and supervision. Additional visits and separate assignments require prior agreement.
